Village Salon Policy

We aim to offer a luxury experience and kindly ask that you leave all children under 10 at home, limit the amount of people you bring with you and keep phone calls to your airpods or outside. 

We also ask that you remember our cancellation policy and adhere to it as best you can for the impact it has on your stylist and their ability to run their business. If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you do so 24-48 hrs ahead of time to avoid a fee and allow us to fill your reservation. We understand life happens and always invite you to speak with us if something feels unfair or misunderstood.

Reservations cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours notice incur a $50 fee. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours incur a 50% of services booked fee. No call and no shows will incur the 100% fee. This is an effort to maintain relationships, not sever them, and we appreciate your understanding and willingness to comply by booking with us.
