Village Salon Policy

We aim to offer a luxury experience and kindly ask that you leave all children under 10 at home, limit the amount of people you bring with you and keep phone calls to your airpods or outside. 

We also ask that you remember our cancellation policy and adhere to it as best you can for the impact it has on your stylist and their ability to run their business. We understand life happens and always invite you to speak with us if something feels unfair or misunderstood.

Reservations cancelled/rescheduled or modified the day before may incur a 50% fee of the reserved services.

Reservations cancelled/rescheduled or modified the day of will incur a 100% fee of the reserved services.

Guests more than 10 minutes late may choose to get the remainder of their reservation at full price or reschedule for a 25% fee of the reserved services.
